Pool owners, too, hope for sunny Labor Day

Average temperatures were below normal this summer

Local pool owners are hoping for a nice Labor Day weekend to end the season after a cool summer. "It never really got hot," said Kenton Jacobs, co-owner of Lincolnway Swimming Pool and Sports Club in West Manchester Township.
